What You`ll Do:
** Support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day store operations,
** Coach, motivate, and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences,
** Drive store performance by supporting sales, operational, and customer service goals,
** Ensure Starbucks brand standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed,
** Create a positive and engaging team culture aligned with Starbucks values,
** Support staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operational planning activities,
** Assist with recruitment and development of store partners,
** Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards are maintained at all times.
What We`re Looking For:
** Experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role,
** Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills,
** Passion for customer experience and operational excellence,
** Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment,
** Strong communication and organizational skills,
** Fluency in Georgian and English,
** Flexibility to work in shifts and willingness to work in Tbilisi, Georgia.
